Vikram Singh practices primarily Criminal and Family Law. He has appeared on both Provincial and Federal matters in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Mr. Singh has experience in Dangerous Offender Applications, Impaired Driving, Drug Trafficking, Financial and Cyber Crimes, Bail Hearings, Domestic Assaults, Luring, Torture, Child Protection Applications, Children's Aid Society, Custody and Access and Mental Health cases.
Mr. Singh has been appointed Amicus counsel on criminal matters in both the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice for unrepresented accused persons and to cross examine witnesses at the preliminary inquiry and trial stage. He attends at hearings across Ontario including Hamilton, Brantford, Toronto, London, New Market, Barrie, Guelph, Sudbury, St. Catherines, Welland, Kingston, Oshawa and Brampton.
Mr. Singh graduated from the University of Birmingham where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Law (LL.B), he received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Windsor and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) from McMaster University. He is fluent in Punjabi.
