Ramon Petgrave practices primarily Criminal and Family Law. He has appeared on both Provincial and Federal matters in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. Mr. Petgrave has experience in Child Protection Applications, Children's Aid Society, Custody and Access cases, Divorce Applications, Dangerous Offender Applications, Impaired Driving, Drug Trafficking, Bail Hearings, Domestic Assaults, Highway Traffic Act and Provincial Offence Act cases and Small Claims Court.
He attends hearings across Ontario including Hamilton, Brampton, Milton, Brantford, Toronto, London, Newmarket, Barrie, Guelph, St. Catharines, Welland, Oshawa and Windsor. He is currently a member of both the Advisory Committee for Immigrants and Refugees and the Mundialization Committee in the City of Hamilton. He is also a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
Mr. Petgrave graduated from Bond University where he obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D). Prior to attending law school, he received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication Studies and Social Justice and a Bachelor of Arts Honours (B.A., Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of Windsor.
